How do I sign up as a My Jewel Club member and activate my membership?
You may sign up as a My Jewel Club member by completing the registration with our representative at any TOMEI Group’s branch. Your membership will be activated on the following day of your first purchase.
How does the tiered-membership work?
My Jewel Club membership comprises three tiers – Diamond, Ruby and Emerald.
You’ll enter the upper tier once your accumulated spending during the membership cycle meets the minimum requirement for that tier. Enhanced benefits await you in the upper tier.
When does the accumulated amount start to count? Will it be reset to “0”?
The accumulated amount begins counting from either the activation date or the upgrade date of your membership. It can be accumulated within 1 calendar year, defined as a one-year membership cycle. Provided your membership remains Active, the amount will reset to “0” at the start of a new one-year membership cycle or when you are upgraded to a higher tier.
I am an Existing Member, what happened to my membership?
Provided your membership remains Active, we have migrated your membership into Diamond, Ruby or Emerald tier. Accumulated unexpired points will remain in your account according to its validity. Log in to My Jewel Club website to find out more details.
How do I upgrade my membership?
Subsequent to a new purchase, your membership is upgraded when the accumulated amount exceeds the minimum amount of the higher tier within the one-year membership cycle. System will reflect the new tier status on the following day.
What happens to my existing rewards and benefits when my membership is upgraded?
Your rewards and benefits will be upgraded to the higher tier accordingly.
How do I maintain my membership in the Ruby or Emerald tier? Will my membership be downgraded?
To maintain your membership in the Ruby or Emerald tier, you must attain the minimum accumulated amount within the one-year membership cycle. Failure to reach the accumulated amount for two consecutive cycles will result in your membership being downgraded.
Do you charge any membership fees? What is the duration of the membership once I sign up?
This is a FREE lifetime membership. Your membership will be activated with any purchase. However, if you do not make any transactions with us for two consecutive cycles, your membership will become inactive and all associated benefits will be revoked.
How do I collect and redeem My Jewel Club points?
You may collect My Jewel Club points upon purchase of selected products. You may redeem the accumulated My Jewel Club points before they expire for gift vouchers or other available gifts. Log in to My Jewel Club website to find out more details.
What is the validity of My Jewel Club points?
My Jewel Club points are valid for 2 years from the date of the transaction. You will need to make redemptions within 2 years, otherwise the points will expire on a ‘first in-first out’ basis. Example, points collected on 29 Jan 2024 will expire on 31 Jan 2026.
How do I keep track of my membership status and benefits?
You may check your membership status and benefits through our My Jewel Club after login through the website or visit any TOMEI Group’s branch for further assistance.
